X- Factor / Contestant Shoot / Set Design & Content: Immersive
EPIC [Eric Prydz In Concert]
Immersive were given a brief from Eric: to design a show that would be like nothing else seen before in the Electronic Dance Music industry. We feel we did exactly that!
Our solution being a 44m wide custom built projection screen that came out into the audience, housed within this fabricated structure would be a 7m wide hologram screen, two 4.2m rotating video columns and some flown set pieces for a finale. Of course we maximized traditional lighting & special effects throughout, and took Brixton Academy, London by storm for a sell out concert on the 2nd April 2011. The show was the World Premier for EPIC, and has now been booked as a headline feature at Global Gathering Music Festival.
Swedish House Mafia
Immersive were commissioned by Swedish House Mafia to design their Alexander Palace LED stage show, along with custom screen specific video content. The Addict Show Control system was also chosen for video playback.
M.A.N.D.Y
The genius behind some of Berlins most respected techno approached us directly to work on a new touring production for them for 2011 & 2012. The show had to be compact, easily maneuverable and always cutting edge.
Our research took us down the path of Infa-Red Camera technologies, working on a show delivery using the two musicians as our projection canvas, with additional traditional video screens making up the touring installation.
Stars Of Science
Immersive have collaborated with LightRhythm Visuals to produce the set for the Stars of Science television show in Qatar.
Bentley
The Addict Server was utilized in a collaboration with Flourish Creative and Darkroom Motion Graphics for the live reveal of the new car from Bentley. Click below to see the live reveal, and also a ‘making of’ video.
Pendulum World Tour
In 2010 Immersive were commissioned to design 23 custom videos for the Pendulum World tour 2010 & 2011, Pendulum asked us to make a mashup of the best pieces:-
As a new intro to the high end set of videos Immersive designed for Pendulum, this latest piece used the shows theme of going from the Digital to the Real and ran with a dark, surreal style slightly reminiscent of Steam-punk.
